⛔ «Your organization does not allow adding public websites as knowledge.» -> Agent Builder

Hello dear community

Yesterday I noticed these two «features» in Copilot Studio Agent Builder. They are probably related.

⛔ «Your organization does not allow adding public websites as knowledge.»
⛔ «This feature has been blocked by your organization's policies.»

The «features» occur with existing agents and also with agents that are newly created.

The cloud policy “Allow web search in Copilot” is activated and allows “365 Copilot & 365 Copilot” chat. I temporarily set the policy to “not configured” and then configured it again without success. “ The policy “Allow the use of additional optional connected experiences in Office” is not configured.

No policy is active in Admin Power Platform DLP.

Does anyone have an idea to find a solution?

Thank you very much for your support, it is much appreciated.

Andreas

  • 💫 As if by magic, everything works again.

💫 💫 The magic hand: I changed the policy setting “Allow web search in Copilot” from “Enabled” to “Not configured”.

🚦 However, I had already carried out this exact action on Friday, without success.

    💫 Policy (image 1)

💫 Or also accessible via the M365 Admin Center (image 3)

💫 I hope it stays that way now, without any magic.

👍 Thank you very much for your contribution to finding a solution.
