Universal Printer deploying on VMware Horizon non Persistent VDI

Hi, we have created a printer share on our Universal Printer portal on Microsoft 365 and we have also created ad automated policy on Intune portal to deploy and install this printer to a group of users.

This users log on an horizon vmware non persistent vdi machine but we can't  see the printer automatic installed.

We can add the printer in manaul way but we need to set the various printers during the logon of the user to his machine.

Whta we have to check to solve this issue ?

@MSolari78 Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps in our documentation under "User is unable to discover a specific printer"? If not, that could be a great place to start.

If you've already tried those steps and it's still not working, could Windows Autopilot be helpful for you? You could configure new instances to automatically Intune-enroll and kick-start the printer deployment process.

but...

our user can see and connect the right printer manually and then we tried to create with Autopilot a policy to automatic install this printer when the user logon but this is not working and we don't know what to check...
