Universal Print Queues Not Showing Up in OneDrive

If I open Book5 (shown below on the left) in Excel online and go to print, I can see all four of my Universal Print queues.   If I try to print it from OneDrive (shown below on the right) using the cloud print option only one of the four printers show up.   In fact, different printer or no printers are showing up in OneDrive cloud print for other users.   Some users are/were seeing old queues that had been deleted many days ago.

 

Is there a way to force Universal Print queues to sync to OneDrive for users?   It seems like this happened after I deleted, recreated and shared Universal Printers/queues.

What’s the printer make and model? Are they registered directly or via the connector?
