Recently purchased a Surface Pro 5 to replace an older model. Advertised battery life was 13 hours. At most I get 4 hours, and that's just from surfing, word processing, etc., no videos or anything that's heavy usage. Is this actually normal, or is something amiss with the battery on this one?
