Site Page Banner

We have recently launched a Communication site purely to promote News articles and it seems there is an issue with the banner. During the edit I removed the banner and added the content to the page.

However when I publish the page and view it as a visitor I still see the banner however my owner account doesn't see the banner?

Any ideas?

I know you said you published it, but make sure you used the publish button and not save last time you edited. Users will only see the published version.

Also, make sure they the page you are editing is the same page they are navigating too, maybe they are checking a different page, or you have another page set as home that's similar to those users?

Hi @Deleted, Thanks for the reply.

So my steps to reproduce this is as follows:

1. Edit the page, Remove the banner and save it.

2. Publish it and then use the wizard to email the page to 2 users, my account(owner) and my test account(visitor). 

3. Using the link from the email, as an owner I don't see the banner but my test account email link has the banner.

I would assume that both account using the same link is the same page?
