Sharepoint Photo Upload

Hello, 

I'm trying to upload a photo as a banner, but when I do nothing happens and the "click to upload" image stays. I've tried uploaded the image as a png and a jpeg, I've tried uploading it directly to the site and uploading it via putting in as a document on the share point and sharing it, and I've tried searching for a random image and nothing will load into the image spot. I've also tried republishing quite a few times to help "refresh" the page. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?
