Site logo not displayed in theme color

Brass Contributor

I'm experiencing some problems with the color of Site Logo's in SharePoint Online. I've a set-up of serveral Hubsites with a custom theme applied. All theme settings work well on the hubsites, the Site Logo's are displayed in the primary red color of the theme itself.

For all the underlying Sites, the theme is automatically inherited from the Hubsite. The Site Logo's on sites turned red, but others refuse to turn into the red theme color.

In the Site Assets library I always see two Site Logo's, one in red, the other one in another (Default) color. There;s always 1 JPG and 1 PNG.

I've tried setting the following workarounds:

- Re-setting the theme on the hubsite
- Removing a site from the HUB, settings the Custom Theme, and re-adding it to the HUB
- Removing BOTH the Site Logo's from the Site Assets library
- Reming ONE of the incorrect coloured site Logos from the Site Assets.

Anyone experiencing the same problems? Does anyone know an alternative way to fix this?

How did you go with this?

I am currently creating some new sites and can't for the life of me see how I got one of the profile/site logos  to match the colour scheme I chose.  Some match and some don't.  Starting to think I am going mad!
