SharePoint Online admin settings after Entra B2B integration

We followed the steps in the link here to integrate/enable Entra B2B for SharePoint and OneDrive sharing so external recipients become Entra ID-managed guests instead of the previous ad hoc recipients. Looking at the SharePoint admin sharing console, the info button says that the "People who use a verification code..." setting no longer applies, and the Manage sharing settings Microsoft Learn page says the "Guests must sign in using the same account..." no longer applies either.

 

Does anyone know if the "Guest access to a site or OneDrive..." setting still applies?
