SharePoint List - Roll up from multiple lists

Brass Contributor

Hi all,

This is my scenario, I have 3 Microsoft Teams and I've created a List on each of them.  I would like to "roll-up" all the entries from each list to a "master" list on another site.

Just looking for any suggestions on the best way to do this.

My initial reaction is to use flow to copy any new items up to the master list, but I'm unsure how to deal with editing of each list item and how to sync back and forward.

Open to any suggestions though.

Thanks in advance...

John

I'd suggest creating that list at the top level, and either sharing that site, or even just the list, and linking within those Teams. Providing a metadata column "Team" or something similar defining perhaps what Team they are from when filling out the list forms.

I'm a bit late now @John Condron
You can create an add-in which recursively iterates over your 3 Teams sites and collects all items of all lists in these subsites which use the particular content type you want to roll up. If all lists have the same name you can simply select the lists by name. The collected list items can be written in a separate list.
You may want to try List Aggregator Content Roll Up
