SharePoint List and Teams Chat update - HELP!

Hi, it's me again, looking for smart people to help me! :smile:

I currently have a flow built to capture entries to a sharepoint list to create a chat in teams.

This is something my team uses to formulate proper responses to incoming inquires from the field.  As you can imagine the teams channel that it populates to is getting pretty congested.  I would love to know a way to update that post if the status on the list is changed to complete so when we are scrolling in the chat we can see that the discussion is over for that particular list entry.  

If this is possible can you show me what to use - do I need a new flow or is it added to the current one?
