limit major version number

How to change the limit number of version in SharePoint library for all Sharepoint site in our tenant. 

Is there any script or settings from Sharepoint Admin Center?

I would like to change this to 100, but I have 200's of site in our Tenant, therefore I would like to change it for all and not one by one. Thanks in advance.

Here is a tool that can solve the issue: DMS-Shuttle 

It offers several bulk operations such as "Bulk delete Versions" and "Bulk update Versioning Settings."
It enables you to set versioning limits in bulk for all libraries within a site or an entire tenant, allowing you to select version limits below 100.
