Creating a form linked with excel sheet on Sharepoint online.
Hello Team, I want to create many forms with similar content but slight changes. And all these forms should have Reponses stored in excel format on SharePoint online site. But I can not use below features at the same time, 1) SharePoint online-> New -> Forms for Excel-> Create form. 2) Forms - Duplicate the form. I need to create approx. 32 forms for different targets but have to use both features mentioned above. But system limits me to only use one feature at a time. Otherwise if i use Duplicate form feature, I have to create 32 Flows to store responses in an excel sheet in SharePoint which is not feasible. Please suggest. Before recently, any time a change was made to a list row column that a view filter was based on, the items in view would automatically refresh to show the changes. Now the list view doesn't update unless the user refreshes the page in their browser. This is a consistent issue across all lists in the tenant. Our organization has SharePoint lists with a 'Status' column that impacts what items are shown in a view and its hurting productivity when these views aren't updating with new items unless the page is manually refreshed. Is there a new setting that is impacting the ability for filtered views to auto-refresh?guy12Feb 19, 2026Copper Contributor238Views1like3CommentsSharePoint Library - Invisibile Metadata

Hello! Is it possible to add a Power Automate button from the list view in a SharePoint list to the Form view? I was hoping that when a line item is open to view, we may be able to add this button onto the Form view as well somehow? Even just as a hyperlink and not a button? Just something clickable.RMDUser1Feb 19, 2026Iron Contributor23Views0likes2CommentsSharePoint Page Copilot Agent Overview | New AI Page Creation in Microsoft 365

Hello, community! I really need your help. I have been working hard on a site in SharePoint, using Microsoft 365 for Business, which is currently in draft mode, and to my frustration, I can no longer access it. After months of dedication and effort, I feel completely powerless in this situation. When I try to click on the site link, I am redirected to a different page, and to make matters worse, an irrelevant file starts downloading automatically. This is extremely frustrating for me, as the site was almost ready to be launched, and now it feels like all my work is at stake. Here are the details of the situation: - Site Link: Accessing the link I used previously simply doesn’t work anymore. - Redirection: When I click, I’m taken to a completely different page. - Automatic Download: A file unrelated to the site is being downloaded to my computer. - Site Status: Everything was finalized and ready for publication, but now I feel out of options. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any idea how I can resolve this issue, I would be eternally grateful. I’m desperate for a solution, and any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you so much for your attention!stelgarsil123Feb 18, 2026Copper Contributor39Views1like1CommentQuantity of View Per Site
Hi, We are working on a sharepoint sites for a document repository. We are looking at having to create about 100 different views to allow the documents to be filtered and structured in a relevant way for users (using file meta data). I have found online advice that says a recommended limitation is to use no more than 50 views. Have people created more than 50 ? Why is the recommendation to only use 50 ? What issues are we going to run into ? Thankswrighty4300Feb 18, 2026Copper Contributor17Views1like1CommentDelete the "Shared with us" link on navigation menu for modern sites

Hello all, I created a list with a number of filtered views. I'd like to have a URL for each of those views that I can share. I'd thought the URL listed in the "Web address of this view" field of the 'edit current view' screen would do that, but when I plug that URL in to my browser it just brings me to the non-filtered default view of that list. Is there a different way to go about having a URL to go directly to a filtered view of a list? I am having an issue where Labels I created did not trigger a disposition review. I setup retention labels to trigger a disposition review after a period of time, published the labels, applied the labels to a set of documents, but I did not receive any email updates on the documents were past the disposition review. I verified these disposition review emails were supposed to go to my email, and also verified that they did not go to any other folder other then my inbox. I verified everything was applied correctly on the labels and documents. Also, I am not able to see the Disposition page under Data Governance. Has anyone had a similar issue, or have more information to help me?Alexander DalzellFeb 17, 2026Copper Contributor1.7KViews0likes2Comments
