I use Project Professional Project and Project Web App to plan construction projects. I need to model the revenue (incoming cost) of works by period. Standard fields are not suitable in my opinion, as they relate to costs and are summarized in costs. Trying to use corporate customizable fields also does not give the necessary results, it is not possible because they are not used in the view "details of the use of tasks". In this regard, the questions are:
1. What standard fields are recommended for modeling the cost of work by revenue (for each job), so that it can be presented in the usage details by period?
2. What standard fields are recommended for modeling the physical volume of work?
3. How do I add a corporate field to the Task Usage Details view?

Are you tracking labor costs in your project? By that I mean, do you have resource rates specified in the Standard Rate field for each resource? If not, then I have good news for you. You can use the default Cost fields to track revenue instead of expenses. What I would recommend you do is to make sure that the Standard Rate is set to $0/hour for each enterprise resource in your project. Then, display the Gantt Chart view and apply the Cost table. In the Cost table, apply a Fixed Cost value for each task that generates revenue. The value you enter in Fixed Cost will automatically appear in the Cost field for that task, and the revenue will be timephased in both the Task Usage and Resource Usage view, as you require. Using the Fixed Cost Accrual field, you can also determine whether the Fixed Costs (revenues) are applied at the beginning of the task, the end of the task, or are spread evenly across the life of the task (the default).

Regrading your second and third questions, please say more. What do you mean by "physical volume of work"? And what type of field is a "corporate field?" Need more information on both of those questions. Hope this initial answer helps.
