Color coding of Gantt Chart in PWA

Hi 

I have color coded my Gantt chart bars using Flag fields however, I am unable to see the change in PWA.

I want to filter projects based on Project No custom field that I have created in PWA, but I can't see filter option in the drop down. As a matter of fact, there are only few tasks where filter option is appearing such as %Complete

Can I save custom filter created in PWA
