Add a new Project details page to a template but keep the information independent per project

Hi

I hope someone can help

I am expanding the scope of Project Online in my company and theres a key feature I wanted to add to the system

For each project I would like to add an additional new project details page for each project. This page would just need to be a sharepoint list (or similar) where the project manager can capture all the product codes affected by the project.

 

I have attempted to do this by:

  1. creating a SP list page in the site contents
  2. created a new page in the project detail pages which has a webpart which adds the above SP list to the page
  3. added this new details page to the template we using

This looks perfect on the surface but when the information is added on one project's detail page it also adds it to every other projects page.

 

Is there a different way to make a list on a project detail page which keeps information separate between projects? (but also creates data in a way I can pull it all together in a powerBI report eventually)
