Hi,

from my knowledge you have the following options:

A - Open Schedule Tab

You will now see a calendar overview over all scheduled tasks (tasks with a due date)

B - Use one of the different group types (for example Due date)

You will now see different overviews. For example the Due date overview, which will group the task by the due date.

Kind regards

Mika

@JuaDom1991 Gantt chat is not available in Planner. You need to use the third party apps to get this view.

Easiest way is to export your plan data to Excel, format and select the columns you need (date/milestone) and then create a line chart. Takes a bit of extra time than it would in Project/Project Online/PotW but that's the simplicity of MS Planner!

@Milos99 How can I buy that add-on for my planner, it has already been deactivated?

I'm also really looking into the timeline view. I've seen Microsoft presentations that showcase it but I don't have access. Any chance you managed to get it?

I have the same issue @NemaLS

@hamalm after looking and looking and looking, I found out that it's part of the premium package. The info was well hidden

We have a business premium but the feature is not there. Must be activated somehow?
Same for us. We have the Project 3 license, but are still lacking a lot of the premium feature. According to this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/project/microsoft-project-licensing we should have access to timeline/gantt view.
