We have created 4 meeting bookings on behalf of our CEO . These 4 meeting invites has text in notes. the invite was sent to 250 attendees . Now we need to update the text on the meeting invite for these 4 invites that the text will be updated on all attendess calendars as well BUT without notifying the attendees . Is that possible please ?
Update a meeting Double-click the meeting on your calendar to open it. Change the location, start and end times, attendees, message, or other options. On the Organizer Meeting or Meeting tab, click Send Update.
This will send notification to all attendees ... I'm asking for a way to update the note on the orginizers meeting invite and update the note on all attendees's calaendars but without sending notification to the attendees inform them about that change . is it possible ?
