here’s how to sync (impotz) a PST file with Outlook in English:

1. Open Outlook and select the File tab at the top.
2. Choose Open & Export > Import/Export. This will start the Import and Export Wizard.
3. Select Import from another program or file and then click Next.
4. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
5. Browse to the PST file you want to import and select it.
6. Under Options, choose how you want to handle emails and contacts, then click Next.
7. Decide whether to import the contents of your PST file into your Microsoft 365 mailbox or into the current folder.
8. Click Finish. Outlook will begin importing the contents of your PST file immediately.
