In the previous desktop version of Outlook I had (Outlook 07') I was able to print out daily calendars with the appointments showing in full color now there is just a band of color and the appointment shows in all white. The full color version was easier for some people to read so I would prefer to be able to print that way but I have been unable to find a setting that I can change to do this. Is this something I can do in the Outlook desktop version. I am able to do it in the online version but I do not prefer to print from there because I don't prefer the interface.
