New Items option

I like the option of New Item, then an email from my templates (including attachments) but I cannot make this work in the updated version. I sent summary emails that follow a specific template and then have all of the additional docs already attached. I cannot do this now but can't find any help on it. 

Ideas?

I am an independent advisor answering questions about Outlook.

In classic, it sounds like you used Quick Parts or templates. This functionality is unsupported in New Outlook.

My Template in New Outlook is restrict to a 34kb size. You can insert and share a link to a file but inserting an attachment will exceed the limits.

I am unsure of MS future plans. Please give MS the feedback and post the link in this thread so others can vote.
