failing to laod page after login

My hot mail is failing to load once i login and gives this error

My "ewsver" is the same as Bryan's, so it could be a server issue. Another Hotmail account on the same computer logs in just fine. Don't bother playing with your browser settings; it does the same for Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

As of this morning I am able to log back into my Hotmail account. I wonder what started all this, but we'll never know,
