Outlook "Something went wrong"

Hi, I checked into my email today to find a message "Something went wrong", refresh the application.  It would not refresh.  There was a list of details.  Can someone in the community help me?  Thank you.

Hi Rich,

Please try this action plan
1. Create a new mailprofile
2. If this does not fix the issue then:
- Close the Outlook Desktop App
- Delete the folder "%localappdata%/Microsoft/IdentityCache"
- Start the Outlook Desktop App again
