Can's sign into Outlook.com

I cannot sign into my Outlook.com email account. It gives me the attached error message.

Hi @WhataDave 

What subscription are you using? If it is on the Exchange side, the admin should ensure that Outlook on the web is turned on. 

Also, try other web browsers and clear browser cache. Check if you browsers and system is up to Date.

i am using my personal microsoft 365 subscriptions.

thai os not a web browser issue. Then i sign into get my outlook.com email, it checks my face id and give me the error codes i sent you.
