Office 365 and Outlook Setup

I came in to work the other day and I had a problem with Outlook loading. I read an article on Microsoft which said to delete the profile and then rebuild it. When I did this, I had to setup Office 365 again in Outlook. This seems like a simple process, but when I enter my email address and let Outlook try to auto setup the account, Micosoft tells me "We're getting things ready" and it sits for a few minutes, then goes to a screen which asks me three options 1) Not user@domain.com 2) change account settings 3) troubleshoot.

 

All the other computers/users are working fine.
