Microsoft Teams meeting invite link

Copper Contributor
Hello
I am the organizer of a meeting
After I end meeting and everyone is out
When someone opens the invite link later they enter a new room

- Why does this happen ?
- Can't I prevent this ( by making the invite link expire or anything else ) ?

Hi @TheStranger  Well technically, it's not a new room - it's the "room" you reserved for your meeting except that no one is in it (using your analogy).  That link will stay accessible unless you send a cancellation of the meeting after the fact.

The chat from that meeting will stay "live" for anyone that was included in the invitation.
