Set bitlocker pin via intune

Hi all, 

How do I set bitlocker on devices so that users need a pin for when they turn their devices on. 

 

I have used this which works perfectly! https://oliverkieselbach.com/2019/08/02/how-to-enable-pre-boot-bitlocker-startup-pin-on-windows-with... however we have a user that it doesnt work for and uninstalling then reinstalling the app doesnt fix it so I was wondering if there is another solution that does this.

Can you tell me more about what happens when the PIN is configured?
Do you get the option to configure the PIN code, or?

When the pop-up prompting for the PIN appears, it doesn't actually take effect; no PIN is created upon device restart.

Do you only have the issue on one device?

Yes only one. Others work fine.

Can you see that it's been detected successfully or failed?
Do you get any errors, when trying to setup manually?

Also curios if there are other ways to achieve this apart from the above linked app? Did it work out in the end for the user where it didn't work?
