Quality Updates - can't create a new profile

Hi,

For some reason i'm not able to create a new profile although this worked in the past.

I'm not aware of any changes to our license so i'm guessing the change is on the Microsoft side?

I've also opened a support case that is pending almost 2 weeks with no resolution.

Do you have a valid W10/W11 licenses in your tenant? Without valid Windows licenses, you can't use Quality and Driver Updates.
