App Schutzrichtlinien + OneDrive

Hallo liebe Community,

Ich habe das Problem, dass die eingestellten Schutzrichtlinien bei Intune das Teilen eines Dokuments in OneDrive verhindern.

Die Fehlermeldungen sehen wie folgt aus: Zunächst erscheint eine Fehlermeldung mit: "Der Administrator hat festgelegt, dass Sie sich authentifizieren müssen, um auf die Inhalte Ihrer Organisation zuzugreifen". Sobald man das tun möchte, erscheint die Meldung, dass diese Aktion nicht vom Administrator zugelassen ist.

Die vorgenommenen Einstellungen sehen wie folgt aus:

• Zielrichtlinie für: Alle Apps

• Organisationsdaten in Android-Sicherungsdiensten sichern: Blockieren

• Organisationsdaten an andere Apps senden: Richtlinienverwaltete Apps
  (Da diese Richtlinie für alle Apps gilt und keine weitere Richtlinie definiert wurde, müsste OneDrive von dieser Einstellung betroffen sein oder?)

  • Ausgenommene Apps: Keine
    (Versuch mit OneDrive über Paketname: com.microsoft.skydrive und Wert 1 hat nicht zur Lösung des Problems geführt)

• Daten von anderen Apps empfangen: Richtlinienverwaltete Apps

  • Daten in Organisationsdokumenten öffnen: Erteilen Sie
    (Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Einstellung "Erteilen Sie" hier die Lösung des Problems sein. Allerdings hatte Sie nicht den erhofften Effekt)

• Ausschneiden, Kopieren und Einfügen zwischen Apps einschränken: Alle Apps

Es ist keine Conditional Access Regel definiert, die eine Authentifizierung verlangt. Ich bin mir außerdem nicht sicher, ob bei der App-Schutzrichtlinie das Problem versteckt ist. Eine Änderung der Richtlinie auf minimal restriktiv hatte nicht den erwünschten Effekt.

I have the problem that the protection policies set in Intune prevent sharing a document in OneDrive.

(In my opinion, the "Grant" setting should be the solution to the problem here. However, it did not have the effect I was hoping for).

There is no Conditional Access rule defined that requires authentication. I'm also not sure if the app protection policy is where the problem is hidden. Changing the policy to minimally restrictive did not have the desired effect.
