Names for for users outside my organization

Would love to have any person outside of my organization be able to put in their name instead of it coming up as submitted anonymously.

Is there any plan for this feature? Was planning on using this as a quiz for prospective new-hires that are not in our organization yet.

Why don't you put a "name" field and make it required?
I do that when I want a name, as I don't think it's practical that a name can be obtained when the person is accessing the link anonymously. And if the following response would be "can we have it where it's not anonymous" - then you either need to use the O365 or Microsoft account authentication mechanisms which is not always ideal for outsiders (especially new hires).
