hi! please help me, i use MS teams for school and our exams are done there on forms, i’ve noticed multiple times that i would solve the whole exam and after they return it i open it to see my mistakes only to find that a question or 2 would look like as if i didn’t solve them at all, it is not possible because i always screenshot my exams before submitting in case they don’t receive it as i do it from my phone, also you can’t really undo a question and leave it empty once you choose an answer, you can only change it but you cant remove it, which makes it even more complicated to me, this makes me lose lots of points and marks, what could be the reason and how do i let them restore my answer or fix this issue?
