Morning, noticed quite a quirky issue which started two days ago. We have quite a few forms embedded into Teams channels as a tab, using the Forms tab type. Suddenly, all of them with a Likert question type started having a stylesheet issue.
If you look at the form in a browser, or if you embed it into Teams as a "Website" tab type, it loads just fine.
So I've got the workaround, just wanted to log the issue in case others are experiencing it. Happy to hear any other thoughts though.
