MS Forms (bug)

I recently took an exam via MS Forms. I was very sure of the answers I gave but when I checked the result form it showed that I had chosen different answers. Is that even possible?Can it be checked somehow?

@maximos93  This also happened to me. If you click with the coursour near an answer,it got selected
