I found this Microsoft documentation about building custom Microsoft Forms via VBA. This is not referring to 'Microsoft Forms' the M365 web-based product, right? If I understand correctly, this is about building forms from scratch in VBA and it's just a coincidental clash of naming. Just checking my assumptions. Thanks!

@helloitsanthony this might be related to the old Forms Pro, now Customer Voice, but certainly has nothing to do with standard Microsoft Forms.

Your supposition that is right. It's nothing to do with Microsoft Structures, it ought to be something almost identical to the structure referenced here - https://www.excel-easy.com/vba/userform.html.
