Can't use upload on my own MS Form

I have created my own MS form and added an upload feature. How come I am not able to upload the form but others that I have had test my form can upload?

Did you come across an error page? If so, please provide me with the session ID and correlation ID displayed on the page, and I can help with further investigation.

It just started working. I didn't change anything on my end. Guess it was a bug. Thanks.
