I have configured hybrid environment due to mailbox migration. Mailboxes is migrating well but we are facing mail issue.

Mx record configure in on prem exchange 2010 not configured o365. Because after full migration we plan to move in o365.

 

Problem: On prem outlook is not working because mailbox move in o365. I able to access o365 OWA. But not able to access in outlook app.

What things need to do for outlook app access with any impact in on prem exchange 2010 users.
