I use the licence Enterprise E5.
In the compliance administration center:
I set up some label , and for one of them the encryption for emails is activated.
I set up a DLP rule matching this label which transfer the mail for approbation.
The problem is that the approvers don't have the rights to read the encrypted mail content as they are not a recipient of the mail.
How an approver is supposed to approve an email delivery without being able to read the content?
Has anyone faced this issue?
I tried without any success:
-A rule to add the approver in the CCI of the encrypted mail
-Tried to set up a mail flow rule with approvers in exchange
