We are running Exchange server 2013 in Vmware. Some users cannot receive email in their mobile devices but in outlook and OWA they can. And some user cannot send and receive email at all. When I am trying tosending mail it is failing with below error massage:
There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

When I used this command New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox john.recipient -CorruptionType ProvisionedFolder,SearchFolder,AggregateCounts,Folderview
It is giving WARNING: The user hasn’t logged on to mailbox ‘exchangeserverpro.net/Company/Branch Office/Users/Blake Johnson’
(‘0971ff8e-d6d1-4bd6-98b9-384b35103a2d’), so there is no data to return. After the user logs on, this longer appear.
Would anybody advice the solution for both issue mobile device and outlook/ OWA send and receive issue.
