Hello all, I currently have a 120 Policy on all users primary mailbox.
So I have a bunch of Retention Tags on the default folders on the primary mailbox.
Mgmt just approved me adding a 7 yr retention to the Archive Mailbox. We use a custom Archive folder called "Inbox Archive". The Tags will only look at the default Folder called Archive.
What I was wondering is if adding a TAG to the current 120 Policy that is 7Yrs on the whole mailbox which should affect the archive?
Not entirely sure what a "120 policy" refers to, but if you want a tag that applies to all folders, use a Default tag. Or you can create a personal tag and stamp it on specific folders via EWS.
