add one IP to SPF

we just add one IP public to for outbound email , but before that we action some step as below

1. Add this IP (example 20.10.10.1 to spf txt record)

2. create reverse lookup as 20.10.10.1 -> outbound123.test.com

after that test sent email to gmail then ok, but some domain then show problem blow

LED=550-5.5.1 Your server IP address [202.59.252.138] is missing a reverse DNS 550-entry. See                        http://spamauditor.org/best-practices/check-ip-reverse-dns/ for 550-more information.. Protection                       provided by MagicSpam 2.1-19.3 550

I am try check fqdn of send connector then mail.test.com. So to fix need change FQDN of send conenctor the same with reverse lookup is outbound123.test.com ?

How did you proceed with reverse registration?
Reverse registration for a public IP must be applied through an ISP.

@TAE YOUN ANN I ask admin manage owner domain and they create dns reverse for our , after we check in this page then ip can reverse to domain and domain can resolve to this ip .

do you need need ask ISP ?

@thanhtien19
There is nothing more to ask from your ISP.

Verify the FQDN of your send connector.
Change the FQDN of your send connector to match the reverse DNS entry.
