Website sales direct to Excel sheet

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way in which I can set up an excel document that would automatically be populated with sales information as soon as a purchase is made? 

I'm trying to automate the process so I can just look at the data and not have to manually extract it.

Your question is too vague to answer I'm afraid. What currently happens when a purchase was made, do you receive an email? What version of Office are you using, Microsoft 365?
