Unhiding rows is not possible

Hi I am trying to unhide a couple rows in a worksheet with normal methods, but no response. I can see they are hidden. I am using office 365 but also excel 2010 to work and view the sheets.

Perhaps their row height is set to something tiny? Home tab, Cells group, Format button, Set Row height to something like 14.
