SCAN returns #VALUE ERROR

What I am doing wrong here ?. This formula worked until yesterday but throws #Value error now.

Are those values in cell A2:A13 still numbers, or are they TEXT? because if they are numbers, they will be aligned to right.

Yes, It is numbers. Even this doesn't work. =SCAN(0,SEQUENCE(10),LAMBDA(a,v,a+v))

Not sure why it is inconsistent. It worked 2 times and stopped working 3rd time for me
