My excel file damaged

I was working on my excel sheet 2010, then I clicked save and closed when I re opened, all the information in columns became a text line in one column [A], and no more organaize. All information in one row joind in one text line

Please help to restore original shape and format.

Repairing a corrupted workbook

When you open a workbook that has been corrupted, Excel automatically starts File Recovery mode and attempts to reopen and simultaneously repair the workbook.

Excel cannot always start File Recovery mode automatically. If you cannot open a workbook because it has been corrupted, you can try to repair the workbook manually.
