Movable table

Hi,

I'm currently working on a dashboard in Excel. I'm familiar with Power BI where you can drop visuals all over the sheet. Is it possible to create a table in excel which you can pick en drop above the grid?

You may move whatever you want, includes table. Select it, hover mouse over top border, when see the cross press left mouse and move.
