Extract words from texts, based on a list of words

Hi, please, I have a list of products with a Description column where there is a description of each product. From this column I need to extract the words from the list of 130 words into a cell in the same product row and to:
1) Make it work without case sensitivity.
2) Take into account words that have a certain character behind / in front of them, for example: comma, dot, semicolon, asterisk *, exclamation mark.
3) Not to take into account words that are part of other words.
4) A bonus would be if the formula / script could have a list of words to ignore, for example: PU leather, PU-leather.
