Let me try to explain: imagine you have a bank statement, of 5 years period , with data in every year , month, and different daily entries. The data columns are: Year / Month / Descripition / Value. A pivotable executed, by year, month, and all months, shows the full opening down to individual values by each entry. EXCEPT for one month, the “July”, it only presents: a blank field for “descripition” , and “in total values” ( shows the value, the sum of the totals, of each of the items. I have open the “excell file” on another device, and it continues to show same problem. My conclusion is that I'm having some kind of problem with the file in question. How to find what is it, and how to correcte? Best regards Alfredo Guedes
