Excel name manager

I have a Chromebook I think it has everything I want in the excel except for the name manager function .

Am using online excel is there a way too have offline excel.

The Name Manager feature is not available in Excel Online, as far as I know, even when using a Chromebook. The web based version of Excel, does not have full feature parity with the desktop version of Excel.

However, as Microsoft continues to develop and improve its products, you should pay attention to the updates that are presented on a regular basis.

Although Excel online does not have name manager built-in, at this time of writing, a new add-in is available to enable this feature of editing name variables.
