In the attached file, I intend to have people on the sheet named "Already Reviewed Files" to be:

a)auto-populated on the sheet named "File Review Outcomes" under column H (File output) that has a data validated list [with a formula]
b) when auto-populated, their cell under column H (File output) should be locked to prevent data entry
