File changed as desired is inserted.

You can also do it yourself using the Find and Replace function in exce, it's really easy :)).

is it possible to find the leave days in the excel sheet.
In the month of January 2023 (1,8,15) are leave days.
if it possible a color change in those days.

Could you please describe in more detail what you want to accomplish?

Should it be calculated in the existing sheets? ...do not see any data in this direction.

A step by step description would be helpful for me.

Additional information about your Excel version, operating system, storage medium, etc. would be an advantage.
