Button of options

Hello,

I have a question about the button of options in section Developer

I've got a 3 buttons of options in one line and other buttons in others lines. And my problem is, that I don't know how can I set only one option in every line. Becasue, for example: If I choose button A in 1 line and then I want to choose button B in line 2, simultaneously is removed my choosed button A in line 1.

I'm not an expert when it comes to Excel 365, but if I can recommend you add a file (without sensitive data) and describe your plans in detail with reference to the file.
